- Introducing project management approach into company and its subsidiaries (establishing Project office) - Business process mapping - Elaborating strategy of development of special economic zones in Russia - Managing development programs of Industrial Special Economic Zones in Kaluga and Sverdlovsk regions (total 11billion rubles, 40 program team members) I was in the team that developed and implemented project management methods and procedures, created planning and control system based on MS Project Server. I led the team preparing SEZ development strategy according to the best world practices and improving SEZ performance measurement system. One of my assignments was the preparation of guidelines and templates to elaborate long-term plans of SEZ development.

- Optimizing project management business processes, introducing project management approach in Russian office - Establishing data collection, analyses and reporting electronic system I refined company’s project management procedures and regulations; introduced automated communication system «contractors - local office - head office - customer»; established project office in Russian branch, and trained staff in project management basics.

- Controlling project management of OCOG unit (over150 activities, 10 project managers) - Creating methodology of Strategic, Tactical and Operational planning for one of the OCOG Units - Integrating projects with other OCOGs’ Units and State Agencies - Participating in improvement of project management system of the OCOG - Project management trainings of the employees - Providing reports to the OCOG top management I developed and implemented project management recommendations in the OCOG Unit, elaborated and approved regulatory documents: road map, integration plan with other OCOGs' units, tactical plan, functional operational plan, service level agreements.

- Leading the project within set timeframes and budget ($ 80 mln). - Preparing profitability calculations (due-diligence study) - Forming, training and managing project team - Developing project management methodology, project portfolio, time schedule and budget, support and follow up - Interacting with suppliers and contractors (purchasing, installation and commissioning of the equipment) - Managing communications and document turnover The project was completed successfully within set timeframes and budget.

Managing projects of air separation units engineering, construction and installation - Contracting with clients - Drawing up projects schedules and performance control - Reporting to steering committee - Preparing and holding tenders for supply of equipment and services - Concluding contracts and engagement agreements with suppliers/clients - Resolving conflicts and negotiating with project parties I developed basic project documents (time-schedule, budget, etc), completed two projects.
