Ensure all General contractor’s plans, procedures and method statements and Commissioning equipments are in line with the Сompany’s specifications. Responsible to highlight technical problem and observe that Contractor personnel are competent in complying the Project standards. Responsibilities: - Coordinate/Supervise Company’s and Contractors’ Commissioning activities and its associated works. Ensure that activities are carried out according to the Project applicable standards, specifications and procedures. - Coordinate with the Contractors to present any potential problem encountered during commissioning and work with other engineering disciplines to find alternative and corrective actions. - Reporting and recording of all deviations, non conformances as well as to initiate and implement corrective action. - Surveillance and assessment of the personnel’s technical competence who involved in Commissioning. - Define the key parameters for construction works efficiency and assist in verification of progress reporting data. - Has overall awareness of the project and engineering disciplines and establishes key milestones for Construction input/deliverables. - Monitor the sign off requirements for work completion documentation (as built drawings, Inspection and Test Plan and test records etc). - Technical assistance to General contractor and his Subcontractors in development of training and making risk assessment. - Carry out any other duties as and when directed by the Commissioning Manager. - Evaluation of the cost impact of the Commissioning activities.
