• Effectively develop and implement Best International Safety Practices and administer a Team of 10 advisors and Trainers. Establish in-house health & safety training for managers and employees (General Safety Induction, Hazard Identification Training, MSDS, and Supervisory Leadership Course as per international standards. Deliver positive changes to working practices, promoted and create a proactive safety culture, providing training, mentoring team members, advising on the purchase of safety equipment, managing the Health & Safety company budget, presenting information to top management and public groups.  Successfully developed Access process to open pit operation, mining induction 101, pit orientation training, pit license training for drivers, concentrator orientation training.  Recognised Health and Safety Risks, executed Health and Safety Management System, complied with site standards and procedures, conducted risk assessments, job safety observations, conducted health and safety inspections, led investigations and safety meetings, coached line supervisors in techniques which continually promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across the site.  Instigated LOTO system, on-site training and practical assessments, developed individual and group isolation diagrams with support of operation team, purchase and delivery of safety equipment and tools (lock box stations, hasps), equipment for confined works like gas analysers, blowers and fans, tripods.  Delivered facilitation and implementation of High Risk Standards among new team and organisation including isolation of energy sources (LOTO); Confined Space; Works at Height; Excavations; JSA and PTW Implementation. Took 5 and JHA coaching and promoting risk based practices, white board exercises to develop reach out and speak up practises among workers and supervisors.

Construction and Engineering Activities – Project Management Team IIF PROJECT. Directed 19 advisors and 2 IIF Coordinators Team. Delivered assistance to JMJ IIF Consultants to deliver commitment workshop for National Project Leaders, led IIF workshop for Site and Project leaders in CPC Expansion Project with the support of JMJ consultants. Controlled IIF structure (IIF Orientation – 4 hours for each on the project, IIF In Action Module 1 and Module 2 (TSTI field practical training and TSTI Observations), Living IIF (RRR – Reach Out, Do it Right, Raise your Voice), and due to a huge amount of miles run by mobile vehicle equipment and had to deliver IIF Driving. Achieved 7,000,000 man hours without LTI. Managed medical, sanitary, health and hygiene issue in remote canteens, camps and clinics; contributed in the audits, site inspections, workshops to accept temporal site buildings and facilities (living camps, offices); Implemented security activities on the Project during public holidays, public event, opening ceremony with participation high rank guests. Spearheaded IIF culture and IIF Cycle Life, stop work authority, 12+1 (Lifesaving Rules), Safety Improvement Plan, safety observation cards, Stop Work Authority, HSE hazard matrix and TSTI (Total Safety Task Identification) tools. Delivered legal support to General Contractors to get RoK approvals to start works on Project (environment approvals, tech specs tie-ins. Collaborated with international auditors ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ESIA; Preparation and approval of HSE budget; Assisted subcontractor supervisors with investigations of incidents involving workers, equipment or property damage, investigating MVAs; guaranteed Company and contractor personnel receive all required RoK, Incident & Injury Free and task specific training prior to commencement of work.
