Some practical projects: * Provided complex legal assistance / support and legal representation for Russian oil companies in litigations (including awards enforcement proceedings) against companies affiliated with Yukos Oil in Russia, UK, Ireland, France and US (in cooperation with major international law firms) in 2006-2015; * acted as expert on Russian law in arbitration under the Swiss Chambers' Rules and at the ICAC at Russian Chamber of (in English); * was involved in preparation of more than 20 legal opinions on Russian law matters (e.g. in case EUROCHEM VOLGA-KALIY LLC vs. INTERNATIONAL MINERAL RESOURCES in Amsterdam District Court); * represented (together with a partner of our law firm) a major Italian producer of sophisticated equipment for hydro power stations in arbitral proceedings under SCC Rules; * represented clients in Russian courts proceedings to enforce / oppose enforcing LCIA, ICC and other international arbitral awards; * expert legal assistance to large ship-owner Sea Metropolitan S.A. on different issues related to Russian law, including Russian veterinary control law, in an international commercial arbitration in London; * represented LLC Renaissance Insurance Group in litigations on challenging and enforcement of award of Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MAC at Russian CCI) in a maritime insurance case; * drafted various international commercial contracts; * advised international ship-owners in several cases on challenging arbitral awards in Russia.
