Providing PA support for the owners of the company (2 persons): coordinating schedules, appointments, screening telephone calls, emails, faxes and post, editing documents and business correspondence, travel arrangements, passport and visa support for the owners and staff of the company, visa support for foreign partners, booking hotels in Russia and abroad, carrying negotiations with foreign partners, taking down minutes, search for and making contact with new suppliers and manufactures of necessary products (furniture, tableware, accessories), placing orders for advertising gifts and promotional products for the company, providing information and photos for Russian and Italian magazines (Interni, Frame, AD, ELLE-Decor, Project Russia, Interior+Design, Salon, Archidom and some others), taking part in organization of exhibitions and other parties, personnel office-work (issue of orders, job descriptions), co-ordination of work of driver and secretary.
