Self Employed – Internet Marketing Specialist
My key role is to help the clients to develop digital on the supply/demand outlook for its products (e-commerce and transportation) and present medium term/long term marketing update strategy to compare trends, analytics and user experience statistics.
Competencies (10+ years experience):
1) Digital Strategy & Digital Marketing Planning
Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to gather customer insights and be aligned with Marketing strategies per Product groups. Defines the business strategy to support digital marketing and the related customer relationship management (CRM) activities, ensuring the right resources are in place
Partners with digital resources to integrate digital strategies into the Marketing Plan.
2) Digital Data Analyses
Defines the key digital metrics that will be used to track performance and customer behavior.
Owns the tracking and collaboration with the team on the metrics status, to support data-driven decisions and the prioritization of marketing investments.
3) Content Marketing
Based on the verified Customer Journey sets the content strategy for the portfolio at each stage of the journey, defines expectations for the content management process.
Ensures the quality, impact and optimization of content for search, mobile, and other platforms.
4) SEO/SEM/SERM
Leads the process and collaboration with the team.
Sets the strategy and performance targets for social media programs across the portfolio.Champions and sets the expectations for customer, key influencer and key opinion leader interactions through social media.
Key Skills:
– Strong Marketing and digital Marketing Experience
– Good understanding of sales and marketing processes
– UX analytics and user experience project architecture development
– A self-starter with the ability to solve complex problems and make clear recommendations at pace
– Good organization skills; process orientated and attention to detail (Agile / scrum philosophy)
– Good networking and interpersonal skills
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Bachelor level university in Economics
– Additional education/specialization in Digital Marketing, self and clients project 10+ years experience
