Public-Private Partnership and Transaction Advisory: • As a part of a team, provided Transaction Advisory to a government entity for the development of 1 International and 2 Regional Airports and 2 Integrated Sports Complex on PPP model with an estimated project cost of $900 million. • Assisted in carrying out market research and feasibility study for development of the sports complex. • Assisted in drafting tender & contract documents, addressing queries of internal and external stakeholders for airports. • Liaised with major infrastructure developers for perspective on project risk allocation and to generate market interest.
