• Design and performing of projects based in Yokogawa Technology. • Participation from the design to start-up of upgrades of DCS CS3000 (Control Distributed System) of Yokogawa. • Programming and configuration of control logics (Analogical and digitals) in the DCS based in the control and operation philosophy. • Design, programming of HMI’s in the DCS based of operation philosophy. • Integration of the real data information system (Exaquantum) to the DCS CS3000 and programming and implementation of displays for final users and operators. • Integration of alarms list to Exaquantum and DCS CS3000. • Installation of software and test of communication between control modules local and remotes into the DCS and communication test between DCS and Exaquantum based in OPC and Ethernet TCP/IP. • Design of engineering for installation of instrumentation based in Fieldbus Foundation technology • Test of communication between field instrumentation and the PLC (Stardom) of Yokogawa based in Modbus RTU communication. • FAT and SAT tests. • Development of functional design specification (FDS) for the projects. • Supervision of contractors involved in the installation. • Participation in commissioning and start-up. • Engineering support for DCS CS3000 and Exaquantum. • Prepare and deliver training in the workplace for managers and Operators.
