PROJECT MANAGER - HEAD of INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT
Management and coordination of all department activities.
Establishing project teams.
Determining, for each project, specific responsibilities of project team members.
Project initiation, planning and scheduling activities and resources, organization, implementation and completion of projects.
Perform periodic monitoring and evaluation of the ways in which Project objectives were achieved.
Detect vulnerabilities, weaknesses, deficiencies and obstructions in projects implementation process and find ways to improve implementation methods in subsequent stages.
Comparative analyzes of the goals to be achieved through projects and real situation;
Direct cooperation with the departments involved and works with entrepreneurs verifying implementation of project activities achievement and supervising their fulfillment in terms of quality, costs and deadlines set by the top management of the company.
Presentation of specific progress reports to the Division Manager, concerning project activities development.
Presentation of specific reports to the Division Manager, on the cost of project activities.
Meetings calls with the projects stakeholders (company departments and contractors) in order to solve problems occured in execution and with decision factors (designers, users) granting derogation (exemption) concerning materials, quality execution within the legal provisions in force.
Pursue how designers solve in useful time all observations made by entrepreneurs and beneficiaries.
Coordination of activities concerning initiation and endorsement of procurement contracts for machinery, equipment, civil works by the stakeholders.
Tracking framing works in value / terms established by contract execution.
Endorsement and approval of invoices payments of estimates works.
Checking and performing the correlation scores settled values of project budgets.
Preparing monthly and annual expenses necessary for execution of projects;
Participation in meetings and discussions with managers about overcoming financial budgets and additional grant budget.
Tracking the performance of all contracts for projects on perfecting until settlement of contractual obligations.
Participation in preparation of annual development plan and related budget estimates.
Estimations and budgeting phases for new projects execution based of feasibility studies commissioned by the company.
Prepare detailed Work Breakdown Structure, Activity Codes Standardization, Resource Loading, Schedule Calendars using PRIMAVERA software.
Providing Daily Progress Reports, Equipment Status Report, Activity Summary using PRIMAVERA software.
Data input into Primavera software concerning contracts execution in accordance with the specifications and performance of all obligations required by the Field Work Order.

- Revamping gas desulphurisation plant ;
- Implementation of DCS system in AVD (atmospheric vacuum distillation) plant ;
